Is the price truly fixed, or are there hidden add-ons?
Our pricing is a flat fee per engagement. The scope is agreed in writing before we start. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately and require your written approval — no surprise invoices.
What if I need a custom configuration that doesn't fit a tier?
Reach out via /contact and we'll scope a custom engagement. Most practices fit cleanly into Standard; custom quotes are common for multi-location, group practice, or unusual compliance requirements.
How long does implementation take?
Starter engagements are typically completed in 2-3 weeks. Standard runs 4-6 weeks. Premium varies based on scope and integration complexity. Timeline is locked in at the engagement letter stage.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Each tier includes a defined post-launch support window. Beyond that, ongoing managed services are available as a separate engagement — typically billed monthly. We do not lock you into a retainer.
What software platforms do you support?
We primarily configure CarePatron, SimplePractice, and similar all-in-one practice management platforms. For specialized stacks (separate EHR + scheduling + billing), we work with you to assess fit before signing.
